概要

深夜飛行には会員登録がなく、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子をたずねません。広告や分析ツールは使いません。インターネットを使うのは次の四つだけです：最初の画面で書いて飛ばした夜の手紙を送るとき、ほかの人の手紙を夜空に浮かべて光や報告をやりとりするとき、場所パックを買うとき、買った場所を受け取るとき。

夜の手紙

アプリをひらくと、まず便せんが出てきます。書いて飛ばした一行は、名前や端末の情報なしに私たちのサーバー（Vercel, Inc. のサービス、保存先は Upstash, Inc.）に保管されます。いっしょに保存するのは、言語、飛ばした場所、受け取った日時、下の「夜空」への同意の有無、相談のしるしだけです。「このまま飛ばす」を押したとき、たたむだけで閉じたときは何も送りません。

手紙は運営者がサービスをよくするために読みます。続けて送られるのを防ぐため、IPアドレスを変換した値を1時間だけ使います。保存した文は運営者が消すまで保管します。だれが書いたかわからないため個別に探して消すのはむずかしいのですが、文の内容と日付を知らせていただければ探して消します（getbathtime@gmail.com）。

夜空への同意。便せんの「ほかの人の夜空に浮かべてもいい」は、はじめからオンになっています。オンのままの手紙のうち、運営者が読んで選んだものだけが、名前なしで場所の名前（例：「東京・隅田川から」）とともに、同じ言語を使うほかの人の夜空にしばらく浮かぶことがあります（下の「夜空に浮かべる」）。こうして選んだ手紙は、同じように名前なしで、深夜飛行の紹介動画やSNSにのせることもあります。氏名や連絡先などの個人情報をふくむ文や、相談のしるしがついた文は浮かべません。望まない場合は、たたむ前にオフにしてください。オフにした手紙はほかの人には見えません。すでに浮かんでいる自分の手紙を下ろしたいときは、文の内容と日付を上のアドレスへお知らせください。

相談のしるし。手紙につらい気持ちをあらわすことばがあると、アプリが端末の中で気づいて相談窓口の電話を案内し、その手紙に相談のしるしをつけて送ります。書いた人に連絡する方法はないため、アプリの中の案内がすべてです。

夜空に浮かべる

飛んでいるあいだ、ほかの人の手紙が夜空にひとつずつ、かすかに浮かんでは消えます。見えるのは文と場所の名前だけで、書いた人の名前や時刻は見えません。アプリはこれらの手紙を私たちのサーバーから受け取ります。

• 光。浮かんでいる手紙をタップすると、その手紙の番号だけをサーバーへ送り、サーバーは手紙ごとに受け取った光の数だけを数えます。同じ場所から一通に一度だけ数えるため、IPアドレスを変換した値と手紙の番号を30日間おきます。
• 自分の手紙にとどいた光。アプリは自分が送った手紙の番号で光がとどいたかをサーバーにたずね、とどいていれば流れ星として見せます。このときも送るのは手紙の番号だけで、端末識別子は使いません。プッシュ通知は送りません。
• 報告とかくす。浮かんでいる手紙を長押しすると、報告したり、かくしたりできます。報告すると手紙の番号だけがサーバーへ送られ、手紙はすぐにすべての人の夜空から下ろされ、運営者が見直します。かくすは、この端末でだけその手紙を見えなくします。お問い合わせは getbathtime@gmail.com。
• オフにする。飛んでいるあいだに画面をタップしてひらく調整画面で「夜空の手紙」をオフにすると、ほかの人の手紙は浮かびません。
• 光・問い合わせ・報告を続けて送るのを防ぐため、IPアドレスを変換した値を1時間だけ使います。

購入と場所パック

一部の場所をアプリ内で販売しています。支払いは App Store または Google Play が処理し、私たちは氏名・メールアドレス・支払い情報を受け取りません。

購入の確認と復元のために RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを使います。RevenueCat は端末ごとに作られる匿名ID、購入履歴（商品と購入日時）、アプリのバージョン、端末の種類、OSのバージョン、国（IPアドレスから推定）を処理します。これらは購入した場所をひらき、読み込み直すためだけに使い、広告やトラッキングには使いません（RevenueCat プライバシーポリシー）。

購入した場所の絵と音は Vercel, Inc. のストレージから受け取ります。受け取るときにサーバーにアクセス記録（IPアドレス、日時、受け取ったファイル）が残ることがあります。アカウントはありません。端末を変えたときは、同じストアのアカウントで絵はがき箱の「購入を復元」を押すと読み込めます。

端末の中だけに保存するもの

次にひらいたとき続きから使えるよう、次の値だけを端末の中に保存します。端末の外には出ず、アプリを削除するといっしょに消えます。

• おやすみタイマーの時間、音楽と街の音の大きさ、画面の明るさ
• 選んだ場所、最初の紹介を見たかどうか
• マイル（5分より長く飛んで集めたスタンプの数、最後にもらった夜、使った回数）と、マイルでひらいた街。アプリを削除すると一緒に消え、購入の復元では戻りません
• 場所ごとに紙飛行機が飛んだ距離と、絵はがきの裏の記録
• 送った夜の手紙の番号（文の内容なし）。自分の手紙にとどいた光をたずねるとき、この番号だけをサーバーへ送ります
• 夜空でかくした手紙と光を送った手紙の番号、最近浮かんだ手紙の番号とこの夜に浮かんだ数、すでに流れ星で見せた光の数
• インターネットが切れて送れなかった夜の手紙。送れたらすぐ消し、7日たつと送らずに消します

通知

最初の紹介のあと、通知の許可を一度だけたずねます。Android では音が鳴っているあいだ、再生中の表示が通知エリアに出ます。そのほかの通知はいまは送りません。送るようになるときは、先にこのポリシーを改めます。通知はいつでも端末の設定でオフにできます。

子ども

深夜飛行は年齢にかかわらず、氏名や連絡先をたずねません。夜の手紙には、氏名や連絡先などの個人情報を書かないことをおすすめします。

変更とお問い合わせ

アプリの情報の扱いが変わるときは、このページを改めて施行日を新しくします。お問い合わせは getbathtime@gmail.com へ。

Summary

Simya Flight has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, location or device identifiers. It uses no advertising or analytics. The app uses the internet for only four things: sending the night letter you write and fly on the first screen, showing other people's letters in the night sky and exchanging lights and reports, buying place packs, and downloading the places you bought.

Night letters

When you open the app, a sheet of letter paper comes first. The line you write and fly is stored on our server (a Vercel, Inc. service, with storage by Upstash, Inc.) without your name or any device information. Stored with it are only the language, the place you flew from, the time it arrived, whether you agreed to the night sky below, and a support flag. Tapping "Just fly", or folding the letter and closing the app, sends nothing.

Letters are read by the operator to improve the service. To prevent repeated sending, a transformed value of your IP address is used for one hour only. Stored letters are kept until the operator deletes them. Because we cannot tell who wrote a letter, we cannot look one up for you directly, but if you tell us its text and date we will find and delete it (getbathtime@gmail.com).

Night sky consent. The "It's okay to float this in someone else's night sky" box on the letter paper is on by default. Of the letters left on, only those the operator has read and chosen may appear briefly in the night sky of other people who use the same language, without your name and with only the place name (for example, "from Tokyo · Sumida River"; see "Night sky" below). Letters chosen this way may also appear, in the same way and without your name, in Simya Flight videos or social media posts. Letters containing names, contact details or other personal information, and letters with a support flag, are never shown. If you do not want this, turn the box off before folding; letters with the box off are never shown to anyone else. To take down a letter of yours that is already showing, send us its text and date at the address above.

Support flag. If a letter contains words that suggest you are struggling, the app notices this on your device, shows a crisis line you can call, and sends the letter with a support flag. We have no way to contact the writer, so the guidance in the app is all we can offer.

Night sky

While you fly, other people's letters faintly appear in the sky one at a time and fade away. Only the text and the place name are shown, never the writer's name or the time. The app gets these letters from our server.

• Lights. Tapping a floating letter sends only that letter's number to the server, which counts only how many lights each letter received. To count one light per letter from the same place, a transformed value of your IP address and the letter number are kept for 30 days.
• Lights on your letters. The app asks the server, using the numbers of letters you sent, whether any lights arrived, and shows them as shooting stars. Only letter numbers are sent; no device identifier is used. No push notifications are sent.
• Report and hide. Press and hold a floating letter to report or hide it. A report sends only the letter's number; the letter is taken down from everyone's sky at once and reviewed by the operator. Hiding only stops that letter from showing on this device. Contact: getbathtime@gmail.com.
• Turning it off. Turn off "Night-sky letters" in the controls (tap the screen while flying) and no one else's letters will appear.
• To prevent repeated lights, checks and reports, a transformed value of your IP address is used for one hour only.

Purchases and place packs

Some places are sold inside the app. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never receive your name, email or payment details.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to confirm and restore purchases. RevenueCat processes an anonymous ID created for your device, your purchase history (which item and when), the app version, device model, OS version and country (estimated from your IP address). This is used only to open and restore the places you bought, never for ads or tracking (RevenueCat privacy policy).

The pictures and sounds of purchased places are downloaded from storage run by Vercel, Inc. The server may keep an access log (IP address, time, files downloaded). There are no accounts; on a new device, sign in with the same store account and tap "Restore purchases" in the postcard box.

Stored only on your device

So the app can pick up where you left off, it keeps these values on your device only. They never leave the device and are deleted when you delete the app.

• Sleep timer length, music and city sound volume, and screen brightness
• The place you chose, the places you have opened, how many nights you have flown, and whether you have seen the intro
• How far the paper airplane has flown in each place, and postcard records
• The numbers of night letters you sent (not their text). Only these numbers are sent to the server to ask whether lights arrived on your letters
• The numbers of letters you hid or sent a light to in the night sky, the letters that recently appeared and how many appeared tonight, and how many lights were already shown as shooting stars
• Night letters that could not be sent while offline. They are deleted as soon as they are sent, or after 7 days without being sent

Notifications

After the intro, the app asks once for notification permission. On Android, a "now playing" indicator appears in the notification area while sound is playing. The app sends no other notifications today; if that changes, this policy will be updated first. You can turn notifications off at any time in Settings.

Children

Simya Flight never asks anyone, of any age, for a name or contact details. We recommend not writing names, contact details or other personal information in night letters.
